Solo Affitti is the leading real estate franchise in Italy for rental.
Our work
Solo Affitti had two macro objectives:
1 – increase the flow of requests for rental apartments from end customers;
2 – increase the flow of offers of rental apartments, therefore by owners.
We focused on the second objective as there was a shortage of apartment supply.
We worked on two fronts:
1 – increase the number of «Likes» of the Facebook page to obtain more visibility and interaction;
2 – generate contact requests from users interested in renting an apartment.
For the first objective, we have created a dedicated Facebook campaign.
For the second objective, we worked on both Facebook and Google with specific campaigns aimed at collecting the contact data of users interested in renting an apartment.
